Canada Winter Games
Canada Winter Games (CWG) is the premierE multi-sport athletic event in Canada. It can be seen as a spring board to higher level International Competitions such as the Olympics, Common Wealth Games and Pan American Championships.
The 2027 Canada Winter Games will be taking place in Quebec from Febraury 27th to March 14th.
The Canada Winter Games Badminton event is U23 (athletes must be under the age of 23 as of December 31st, 2026.
Phase 1 Tryouts
Location: C1|DK
Date: September 13th, 2025
Time: 12:00pm to 5:00pm
This is to establish the training team of up to 10 men and 10 women.
Phase 2 Tryouts
Location: Prairie Badminton
Date: Late August to Mid-September (TBD)
Time: TBD
Final team selection of 5 men and 5 women.
